Cancelation Policy
All deposit payments are non refundable. If you need to reschedule I must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date and time.You can reschedule your shoot within 30 days if date is available.There is a $50.00 rebooking fee assessed for any instance, rebooking will constitute in a loss of initial payment amount and another deposit amount will be required. Shoots labeled as "Special" or “Sale” may not be rescheduled nor may the funds be used towards another service in the future. All deposits are non refundable.
When booking the time that you book is the time that the session starts ex: If you book a 1:00 pm session the shoot time begins at 1:00pm. GET HERE AN EXTRA 15 MINUTES EARLY!
Sessions canceled / Rescheduled 24 hours before shoot date & time will be automatic forfeit.
*LATE FEE*
If you arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled time you will be charged a $30.00 Late Fee. Anything later than 30 mins is an automatic forfeit of the session and all money paid shall be retained.
Copyright Policy
Copyright of the photos and video remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Client(s) permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images and footage taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Client(s) and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photos or video is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer.
The Client(s) grants the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photos of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Client(s) hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the photos and video. Every individual in attendance consents to being photographed.
If a Photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified, the Photographer will try to reschedule. If Photographer can't reschedule liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. Photographers have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your photos. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of photo supplied.
Any damage done to my studio or my property is subject to fees for compensation.
